Coming from brutalism decorated capital of Slovakia, Bratislava,

Brano´s path led from hanging around apartment building suburbs, discovering punk rock and skateboarding,

playing in bands, organizing shows, and co-running

a small label to the present day, when he´s capturing

the very visual idealism of rock´n´roll.

 

As his career timeline was getting covered with irreplaceable experience shooting bands on and off stage and with the quantity of work used for billboards, records,  t-shirts, and in books or other various print or web publications, Brano Vartovnik rooted as a prominent name of (not only) music photography in Slovakia and gained valuable respect and attention as a creator also behind the borders.
